I found out about this guy from another super Birmingham based blog Surely. David Rowan is a photographer for Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery by day, but by night he scours abandoned print works and subterranean tunnels for some rather engaging shots. I Particularly like his Pacha Kuti series. They kind of draw you into thinking about what lies ahead.

His website designed by Tak is also rather nice. If you’ve got a minute turn on the speakers and make the site fullscreen. It really does give the photos the impact they deserve.
